Chapter 98
1מִזְמוֹר שִׁירוּ לַיהֹוָה שִׁיר חָדָשׁ כִּֽי־נִפְלָאוֹת עָשָׂה הוֹשִׁיעָה־לּוֹ יְמִינוֹ וּזְרוֹעַ קׇדְשֽׁוֹA psalm. Sing to GOD a new song, who has worked wonders— who with right hand, and holy arm, has won victory.Mizmor shiru layhovah shir chadash ki-niflaot asah hoshiah-lo yemino uzroa kodsho
2הוֹדִיעַ יְהֹוָה יְשׁוּעָתוֹ לְעֵינֵי הַגּוֹיִם גִּלָּה צִדְקָתֽוֹGOD has manifested victory, and displayed triumph in the sight of the nations—Hodia Adonai yeshuato leeyney hagoyim gilah tzidkato
3זָכַר חַסְדּוֹ וֶאֱֽמוּנָתוֹ לְבֵית יִשְׂרָאֵל רָאוּ כׇל־אַפְסֵי־אָרֶץ אֵת יְשׁוּעַת אֱלֹהֵֽינוּmindful of God’s steadfast love and faithfulness toward the house of Israel. 4הָרִיעוּ לַיהֹוָה כׇּל־הָאָרֶץ פִּצְחוּ וְרַנְּנוּ וְזַמֵּֽרוּRaise a shout to GOD, all the earth, break into joyous songs of praise!Hariu layhovah kol-haaretz pitzchu verannu vezameru
5זַמְּרוּ לַיהֹוָה בְּכִנּוֹר בְּכִנּוֹר וְקוֹל זִמְרָֽהSing praise to GOD with the lyre, with the lyre and melodious song.Zamru layhovah bechinor bechinor vekol zimrah
6בַּחֲצֹצְרוֹת וְקוֹל שׁוֹפָר הָרִיעוּ לִפְנֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ יְהֹוָֽהWith trumpets and the blast of the horn raise a shout before GOD, the King.Bachatzotzrot vekol shofar hariu lifney hamelech yehovah
7יִרְעַם הַיָּם וּמְלֹאוֹ תֵּבֵל וְיֹשְׁבֵי בָֽהּLet the sea and all within it thunder, the world and its inhabitants;Yiram hayam umloo tevel veyoshvey vah
8נְהָרוֹת יִמְחֲאוּ־כָף יַחַד הָרִים יְרַנֵּֽנוּlet the rivers clap their hands, the mountains sing joyously togetherNeharot yimchau-chaf yachad harim yeranenu
9לִפְֽנֵי־יְהֹוָה כִּי בָא לִשְׁפֹּט הָאָרֶץ יִשְׁפֹּֽט־תֵּבֵל בְּצֶדֶק וְעַמִּים בְּמֵישָׁרִֽיםat the presence of GOD— who is coming to rule the earth: [God] will rule the world justly, and its peoples with equity.Lifney-Adonai ki va lishpot haaretz yishpot-tevel betzedek veamim bemeysharim
