Chapter 138
1לְדָוִד אוֹדְךָ בְכׇל־לִבִּי נֶגֶד אֱלֹהִים אֲזַמְּרֶֽךָּOf David. I praise You with all my heart, sing a hymn to You before the divine beings;Ledavid odcha vechol-libi neged elohim azamrecha
2אֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶה אֶל־הֵיכַל קׇדְשְׁךָ וְאוֹדֶה אֶת־שְׁמֶךָ עַל־חַסְדְּךָ וְעַל־אֲמִתֶּךָ כִּֽי־הִגְדַּלְתָּ עַל־כׇּל־שִׁמְךָ אִמְרָתֶֽךָI bow toward Your holy temple and praise Your name for Your steadfast love and faithfulness, because You have exalted Your name, Your word, above all.Eshtachaveh el-heychal kodshcha veodeh et-shemecha al-chasdcha veal-amitecha ki-higdalta al-kol-shimcha imratecha

4יוֹדוּךָ יְהֹוָה כׇּל־מַלְכֵי־אָרֶץ כִּי שָׁמְעוּ אִמְרֵי־פִֽיךָAll the kings of the earth shall praise You, O ETERNAL One, for they have heard the words You spoke.Yoducha Adonai kol-malchey-aretz ki shamu imrey-ficha

6כִּי־רָם יְהֹוָה וְשָׁפָל יִרְאֶה וְגָבֹהַּ מִמֶּרְחָק יְיֵדָֽעFrom way up high GOD sees the lowly; aloft, yet perceiving from afar.Ki-ram Adonai veshafal yireh vegavoha mimerchak yeyeda
7אִם־אֵלֵךְ בְּקֶרֶב צָרָה תְּחַיֵּנִי עַל אַף אֹיְבַי תִּשְׁלַח יָדֶךָ וְתוֹשִׁיעֵנִי יְמִינֶֽךָThough I walk among enemies, You preserve me in the face of my foes; You extend Your hand; with Your right hand You deliver me.Im-elech bekerev tzarah techayeni al af oyvay tishlach yadecha vetoshieni yeminecha
