Entering the Sukkah & Ushpizin
כתוב, בסכת תשבו שבעת ימים, פרוש: תדורו בסכות אמרה תורה, שידור בסוכה שבעת ימים, כמו שהוא דר בביתו כל השנה, כן יהא עתה עקר דירתו בסוכה: כשבא מבית הכנסת נכנס לסוכה ומקדש מיד, וכשהוא מברך בקדוש לישב בסוכה יכוון לפטור בברכה זו סעודה זו וגם השינה, ובברכת שהחינו יכוון שהוא מברך שהחינו על החג וגם על הסוכה: נוהגים שאין מברכים לישב בסוכה אלא באכילת קבע, ונוהגים שמברכין תחלה המוציא ואחר כך לישב בסוכה קודם שטועם:
הֲרֵינִי מוּכָן וּמְזוּמָן לְקַיֵּים מִצְוַת סֻכָּה כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוַּנִי הַבּוֹרֵא יִתְבָּרַךְ שְׁמוֹ בַּסֻּכּוֹת תֵּשְׁבוּ שִׁבְעַת יָמִים כָּל הָאֶזְרָח בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל יֵשְׁבוּ בַּסֻּכּוֹת:לְמַעַן יֵדְעוּ דֹרֹתֵיכֶם כִּי בַסֻּכּוֹת הוֹשַׁבְתִּי אֶת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּהוֹצִיאִי אוֹתָם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם:Hareyni muchan umzuman lekayeym mitzvat sukah kaasher tzivani habore yitbarach shemo basukot teshvu shivat yamim kal haezrach beyisrael yeshvu basukot: lemaan yedu doroteychem ki vasukot hoshavti et beney yisrael behotzii otam meeretz mitzrayim:

יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהַי וֵאלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתַי שֶׁתַּשְׁרֶה שְׁכִינָתְךָ בֵּינֵינוּ וְתִפְרוֹס עָלֵינוּ סֻכַּת שְׁלוֹמֶךָ בִּזְכוּת מִצְוַת סֻכָּה שֶׁאֲנַחְנוּ מְקַיְּמִין לְיַחְדָא שְׁמָא דְקוּדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא וּשְׁכִינְתֵּהּ בִּדְחִילוּ וּרְחִימוּ לְיַחֲדָא שֵׁם י"ה בו"ה בְּיִחוּדָא שְׁלִים בְּשֵׁם כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל, וּלְהַקִּיף אוֹתָם מִזִּיו כְּבוֹדֶךָ הַקָּדוֹשׁ וְהַטָּהוֹר נָטוּי עַל רָאשֵׁיהֶם מִלְּמָעְלָה כְּנֶשֶׁר יָעִיר קִנּוֹ, וּמִשָּׁם יוּשְׁפַּע שֶׁפַע הַחַיִּים לְעַבְדֶּךָ (פב"פ אֲמָתֶךָ) . וּבִזְכוּת צֵאתִי מִבֵּיתִי הַחוּצָה וְדֶרֶךְ מִצְוֹתֶיךָ אָרוּצָה יֵחָשֵׁב לִי זֹאת כְּאִלּוּ הִרְחַקְתִּי נְדוֹד, וְהֶרֶב כַּבְּסֵנִי מֵעֲוֹנִי וּמֵחַטָּאתִי טַהֲרֵנִי, וּמֵאוּשְׁפִּיזִין עִלָּאִין אוּשְׁפִּיזִין דִּמְהֵימְנוּתָא תִּהְיֶינָה אָזְנֶיךָ קַשּׁוּבוֹת רַב בְּרָכוֹת, וְלָרְעֵבִים גַּם צְמֵאִים תֶּן לַחְמָם וּמֵימָם הַנֶּאֱמָנִים, וְתִתֶּן לִי זְכוּת לָשֶׁבֶת וְלַחֲסוֹת בְּסֵתֶר צֵל כְּנָפֶךָ בְּעֵת פְּטִירָתִי מִן הָעוֹלָם, וְלַחֲסוֹת מִזֶּרֶם וּמִמָּטָר, כִּי תַמְטִיר עַל רְשָׁעִים פַּחִים, וּתְהֵא חֲשׁוּבָה מִצְוַת סֻכָּה זוּ שֶׁאֲנִי מְקַיֵּם כְּאִלּוּ קִיַּמְתִּיהָ בְּכָל פְּרָטֶיהָ וְדִקְדּוּקֶיהָ וּתְנָאֶיהָ וְכָל מִצְוֹת הַתְּלוּיִם בָּהּ. וְתֵיטִיב לָנוּ הַחֲתִימָה, וּתְזַכֵּנוּ לֵישֵׁב יָמִים רַבִּים עַל הָאֲדָמָה אַדְמַת קֹדֶשׁ בַּעֲבוֹדָתֶךָ וּבְיִרְאָתֶךָ:בָּרוּךְ יְהֹוָה לְעוֹלָם אָמֵן וְאָמֵן:Yehi ratzon milfaneycha Adonai elohay velohey avotay shetashreh shechinatcha beyneynu vetifros aleynu sukat shelomecha bizchut mitzvat sukah sheanachnu mekaymin leyachda shema dekudsha berich hu ushchinteh bidchilu urchimu leyachada shem y vv beyichuda shelim beshem kal yisrael, ulhakif otam miziv kevodecha hakadosh vehatahor natuy al rasheyhem milmalah kenesher yair kino, umisham yushpa shefa hachayim leavdecha (fvf amatecha) .. uvizchut tzeti mibeyti hachutzah vederech mitzoteycha arutzah yechashev li zot keilu hirchakti nedod, veherev kabseni meaoni umechatati tahareni, umeushpizin ilain ushpizin dimheymnuta tihyeynah azneycha kashuvot rav berachot, velarevim gam tzemeim ten lachmam umeymam haneemanim, vetiten li zechut lashevet velachasot beseter tzel kenafecha beet petirati min haolam, velachasot mizerem umimatar, ki tamtir al reshaim pachim, uthe chashuvah mitzvat sukah zu sheani mekayem keilu kiyamti bechal peratey vedikdukey utnaey vechal mitzot hatluyim bah. veteytiv lanu hachatimah, utzakenu leyshev yamim rabim al haadamah admat kodesh baavodatecha uvyiratecha: baruch Adonai leolam amen veamen:

הוֹשִׁיעָה אֶת עַמֶּךָ וּבָרֵךְ אֶת נַחֲלָתֶךָ וּרְעֵם וְנַשְּׂאֵם עַד הָעוֹלָם:וְיִהְיוּ דְּבָרַי אֵלֶּה אֲשֶׁר הִתְחַנַּנְתִּי לִפְנֵי יְהֹוָה קְרוֹבִים אֶל יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ יוֹמָם וָלָיְלָה לַעֲשׂוֹת מִשְׁפַּט עַבְדּוֹ וּמִשְׁפַּט עַמּוֹ יִשְׂרָאֵל דְּבַר יוֹם בְּיוֹמוֹ:לְמַעַן דַּעַת כָּל עַמֵּי הָאָרֶץ כִּי יְהֹוָה הוּא הָאֱלֹהִים אֵין עוֹד:Deliver and bless Your people; tend them and sustain them forever (Psalms 28:9).
