1אַשְׁרֵי תְמִֽימֵי־דָרֶךְ הַהֹלְכִים בְּתוֹרַת יְהֹוָֽהא Happy are those whose way is blameless, who follow GOD’s teaching.Ashrey temimey-darech haholchim betorat yehovah
2אַשְׁרֵי נֹצְרֵי עֵדֹתָיו בְּכׇל־לֵב יִדְרְשֽׁוּהוּHappy are those who observe God’s decrees, who turn to the divine wholeheartedly.Ashrey notzrey edotayv bechol-lev yidrshuhu
3אַף לֹא־פָעֲלוּ עַוְלָה בִּדְרָכָיו הָלָֽכוּThey have done no wrong, but have followed God’s ways.Af lo-faalu avlah bidrachayv halachu
4אַתָּה צִוִּיתָה פִקֻּדֶיךָ לִשְׁמֹר מְאֹֽדYou have commanded that Your precepts be kept diligently.Atah tzivitah fikudeycha lishmor meod
5אַחֲלַי יִכֹּנוּ דְרָכָי לִשְׁמֹר חֻקֶּֽיךָWould that my ways were firm in keeping Your laws;Achalay yikonu derachay lishmor chukeycha
6אָז לֹא־אֵבוֹשׁ בְּהַבִּיטִי אֶל־כׇּל־מִצְוֺתֶֽיךָthen I would not be ashamed when I regard all Your commandments.Az lo-evosh behabiti el-kol-mitzoteycha
7אוֹדְךָ בְּיֹשֶׁר לֵבָב בְּלׇמְדִי מִשְׁפְּטֵי צִדְקֶֽךָI will praise You with a sincere heart as I learn Your just rules.Odcha beyosher levav belomdi mishptey tzidkecha

16בְּחֻקֹּתֶיךָ אֶֽשְׁתַּעֲשָׁע לֹא אֶשְׁכַּח דְּבָרֶֽךָI take delight in Your laws; I will not neglect Your word.Bechukoteycha eshtaasha lo eshkach devarecha
17גְּמֹל עַל־עַבְדְּךָ אֶחְיֶה וְאֶשְׁמְרָה דְבָרֶֽךָג Deal kindly with Your servant, that I may live to keep Your word.Gemol al-avdcha echyeh veeshmrah devarecha
18גַּל־עֵינַי וְאַבִּיטָה נִפְלָאוֹת מִתּוֹרָתֶֽךָOpen my eyes, that I may perceive the wonders of Your teaching.Gal-eynay veabitah niflaot mitoratecha
19גֵּר אָנֹכִי בָאָרֶץ אַל־תַּסְתֵּר מִמֶּנִּי מִצְוֺתֶֽיךָI am only a sojourner in the land; do not hide Your commandments from me.Ger anochi vaaretz al-taster mimeni mitzoteycha
20גָּרְסָה נַפְשִׁי לְתַאֲבָה אֶֽל־מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ בְכׇל־עֵֽתMy soul is consumed with longing for Your rules at all times.Garsah nafshi letaavah el-mishpateycha vechol-et

22גַּל מֵעָלַי חֶרְפָּה וָבוּז כִּי עֵדֹתֶיךָ נָצָֽרְתִּיTake away from me taunt and abuse, because I observe Your decrees.Gal mealay cherpah vavuz ki edoteycha natzarti
23גַּם יָשְׁבוּ שָׂרִים בִּי נִדְבָּרוּ עַבְדְּךָ יָשִׂיחַ בְּחֻקֶּֽיךָThough princes meet and speak against me, Your servant studies Your laws.Gam yashvu sarim bi nidbaru avdcha yasicha bechukeycha
24גַּֽם־עֵדֹתֶיךָ שַׁעֲשֻׁעָי אַנְשֵׁי עֲצָתִֽיFor Your decrees are my delight, my intimate companions.Gam-edoteycha shaashuay anshey atzati

29דֶּֽרֶךְ־שֶׁקֶר הָסֵר מִמֶּנִּי וְֽתוֹרָתְךָ חׇנֵּֽנִיRemove all false ways from me; favor me with Your teaching.Derech-sheker haser mimeni vetoratcha choneni

37הַעֲבֵר עֵינַי מֵרְאוֹת שָׁוְא בִּדְרָכֶךָ חַיֵּֽנִיAvert my eyes from seeing falsehood; by Your ways preserve me.Haaver eynay merot shav bidrachecha chayeni
38הָקֵם לְעַבְדְּךָ אִמְרָתֶךָ אֲשֶׁר לְיִרְאָתֶֽךָFulfill Your promise to Your servant, which is for those who worship You.Hakem leavdcha imratecha asher leyiratecha
39הַעֲבֵר חֶרְפָּתִי אֲשֶׁר יָגֹרְתִּי כִּי מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ טוֹבִֽיםRemove the taunt that I dread, for Your rules are good.Haaver cherpati asher yagorti ki mishpateycha tovim
40הִנֵּה תָּאַבְתִּי לְפִקֻּדֶיךָ בְּצִדְקָתְךָ חַיֵּֽנִיSee, I have longed for Your precepts; by Your righteousness preserve me.Hineh taavti lefikudeycha betzidkatcha chayeni
41וִיבֹאֻנִי חֲסָדֶךָ יְהֹוָה תְּשׁוּעָתְךָ כְּאִמְרָתֶֽךָו May Your steadfast love reach me, O ETERNAL One, Your deliverance, as You have promised.Vivouni chasadecha Adonai teshuatcha keimratecha
42וְאֶעֱנֶה חֹרְפִי דָבָר כִּֽי־בָטַחְתִּי בִּדְבָרֶֽךָI shall have an answer for those who taunt me, for I have put my trust in Your word.Veeeneh chorfi davar ki-vatachti bidvarecha

46וַאֲדַבְּרָה בְעֵדֹתֶיךָ נֶגֶד מְלָכִים וְלֹא אֵבֽוֹשׁI will speak of Your decrees, and not be ashamed in the presence of kings.Vaadabrah veedoteycha neged melachim velo evosh

51זֵדִים הֱלִיצֻנִי עַד־מְאֹד מִתּוֹרָתְךָ לֹא נָטִֽיתִיThough the arrogant have cruelly mocked me, I have not swerved from Your teaching.Zedim helitzuni ad-meod mitoratcha lo natiti
52זָכַרְתִּי מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ מֵעוֹלָם יְהֹוָה וָאֶתְנֶחָֽםI remember Your rules of old, O ETERNAL One, and find comfort in them.Zacharti mishpateycha meolam Adonai vaetnecham
53זַלְעָפָה אֲחָזַתְנִי מֵרְשָׁעִים עֹזְבֵי תּוֹרָתֶֽךָI am seized with rage because of the wicked who forsake Your teaching.Zalafah achazatni mershaim ozvey toratecha

62חֲצֽוֹת־לַיְלָה אָקוּם לְהוֹדוֹת לָךְ עַל מִשְׁפְּטֵי צִדְקֶֽךָI arise at midnight to praise You for Your just rules.Chatzot-laylah akum lehodot lach al mishptey tzidkecha
63חָבֵר אָנִי לְכׇל־אֲשֶׁר יְרֵאוּךָ וּלְשֹׁמְרֵי פִּקּוּדֶֽיךָI am a companion to all who fear You, to those who keep Your precepts.Chaver ani lechol-asher yereucha ulshomrey pikudeycha

68טוֹב־אַתָּה וּמֵטִיב לַמְּדֵנִי חֻקֶּֽיךָYou are good and beneficent; teach me Your laws.Tov-atah umetiv lamdeni chukeycha

70טָפַשׁ כַּחֵלֶב לִבָּם אֲנִי תּוֹרָתְךָ שִׁעֲשָֽׁעְתִּיTheir minds are thick like fat; as for me, Your teaching is my delight.Tafash kachelev libam ani toratcha shiashati
71טֽוֹב־לִי כִי־עֻנֵּיתִי לְמַעַן אֶלְמַד חֻקֶּֽיךָIt was good for me that I was humbled, so that I might learn Your laws.Tov-li chi-uneyti lemaan elmad chukeycha
72טֽוֹב־לִי תוֹרַת־פִּיךָ מֵאַלְפֵי זָהָב וָכָֽסֶףI prefer the teaching You proclaimed to thousands of gold and silver pieces.Tov-li torat-picha mealfey zahav vachasef
73יָדֶיךָ עָשׂוּנִי וַֽיְכוֹנְנוּנִי הֲבִינֵנִי וְאֶלְמְדָה מִצְוֺתֶֽיךָי Your hands made me and fashioned me; give me understanding that I may learn Your commandments.Yadeycha asuni vaychonnuni havineni veelmdah mitzoteycha

78יֵבֹשׁוּ זֵדִים כִּי־שֶׁקֶר עִוְּתוּנִי אֲנִי אָשִׂיחַ בְּפִקּוּדֶֽיךָLet the insolent be dismayed, for they have wronged me without cause; I will study Your precepts.Yevoshu zedim ki-sheker iutuni ani asicha befikudeycha

82כָּלוּ עֵינַי לְאִמְרָתֶךָ לֵאמֹר מָתַי תְּֽנַחֲמֵֽנִיMy eyes pine away for Your promise; I say, “When will You comfort me?”Kalu eynay leimratecha lemor matay tenachameni

84כַּמָּה יְמֵֽי־עַבְדֶּךָ מָתַי תַּעֲשֶׂה בְרֹדְפַי מִשְׁפָּֽטHow long has Your servant to live? when will You bring my persecutors to judgment?Kamah yemey-avdecha matay taaseh verodfay mishpat
85כָּרוּ־לִי זֵדִים שִׁיחוֹת אֲשֶׁר לֹא כְתוֹרָתֶֽךָThe insolent have dug pits for me, flouting Your teaching.Karu-li zedim shichot asher lo chetoratecha
86כׇּל־מִצְוֺתֶיךָ אֱמוּנָה שֶׁקֶר רְדָפוּנִי עׇזְרֵֽנִיAll Your commandments are enduring; I am persecuted without cause; help me!Kol-mitzoteycha emunah sheker redafuni ozreni
87כִּמְעַט כִּלּוּנִי בָאָרֶץ וַאֲנִי לֹא־עָזַבְתִּי פִקֻּדֶֽיךָThough they almost wiped me off the earth, I did not abandon Your precepts.Kimat kiluni vaaretz vaani lo-azavti fikudeycha
88כְּחַסְדְּךָ חַיֵּנִי וְאֶשְׁמְרָה עֵדוּת פִּֽיךָAs befits Your steadfast love, preserve me, so that I may keep the decree You proclaimed.Kechasdcha chayeni veeshmrah edut picha

92לוּלֵי תוֹרָתְךָ שַׁעֲשֻׁעָי אָז אָבַדְתִּי בְעׇנְיִֽיWere not Your teaching my delight I would have perished in my affliction.Luley toratcha shaashuay az avadti veonyi
93לְעוֹלָם לֹא־אֶשְׁכַּח פִּקּוּדֶיךָ כִּי בָם חִיִּיתָֽנִיI will never neglect Your precepts, for You have preserved my life through them.Leolam lo-eshkach pikudeycha ki vam chiyitani
94לְֽךָ־אֲנִי הוֹשִׁיעֵנִי כִּי פִקּוּדֶיךָ דָרָֽשְׁתִּיI am Yours; save me! For I have turned to Your precepts.Lecha-ani hoshieni ki fikudeycha darashti
